課程概述 |
Proteomics is an important tool to investigate the systematic dynamics as proteins are the biomolecules to execute biological functions. As one of the most powerful approaches to investigate the global protein changes, it is able to identify the relationship between illness and the molecular basis regulations. This course will first introduce the history and the development process of proteomics and then cover the common approaches in the current proteomics field. This course will also introduce how proteomics analysis applies to clinical research and microbiology studies. By reviewing the recent publications will bring new information and understand the unmet needs in proteomics science. |
課程目標 |
Understand the principles and applications of proteomics analysis.
Get the ability to design quantitative proteomic experiments for answering biologically relevant questions.
Ability to perform data analysis by various software tools.

The master students are required to have a basic introduction to biology, microbiology, and biochemistry. |
